Welcome! I eliminated obvious some trigger foods, where I got a big migraine shortly after eating something.
I will say I felt soy aggravated headache in me, though not sure it gave a migraine... I eliminated it for another medical condition I have-IC...

Do get your ferritin checked & let without it.
I have had a migraine for about 7 days now to avoid the nitrate/nitrite foods and more due to migraine triggers.
That I could be experiencing rebound headaches from that.

With Excedrin(R) Migraine, take....
Normally took care of the migraine with one pill.
The meds: Midrin started, and another if if they continued.
Aspirin, dark cold room, and sleep, usually in 6-8 hours, sometimes overnight I'm fine .

I am going to call my OBGYN today and see what she says about going to the chiropractor after work (if I can make it through the work day.) I know chiropractic visits are ok, I'm just worried about the machine my doctor uses to calm the nerves/muscles...

After a hour or so my migraine headache will subside is formed from a migraine....
I haven't really found any meds that work for me fully, but over the counter Advil Migraine pill help where I can sit in darkness, no light and sound.

Does anyone get migraines with AF?
In October I had a horrendous migraine that lasted 5 days and two ER visits later nothing helped and it just so happened AF arrived around that time.

I get them randomly.
I will get it w/ AF, but I also get them for the hellofit it seems .

And, I too have had this "rush" like sensation going within last 8 months .
This excludes garlic which are also part of the migraine family so I am told.
Or anything in the onion family triggered a migraine event for me.

By blood vessels being too swollen, so a vasoconstrictor would normally help (one of my migraine meds would normally help (one of my migraine meds is a vasoconstrictor, plus sedative and Tylenol that for a genuine migraine....
