Front control arms and bushings
Serpentine belt -- check the condition... .
I have a 2004 330xi with similar mileage.

I would start by taking the truck to a qualified repair shop equiped with a tech repair on truck speedos.
With a tech II, they can scan, not the cluster .

You can adjust the ebrake if its loose the bracket is located by the transfercase on the frame .
Do you have an exhaust leak? could be a cause for o2 sensor code .

BMW does the free every 15,000 mile oil rotating but then said that....
Michelin asks that the tires be rotated every 6,000 to 8,000 miles which works well with my interim 7,500 mile oil changes.
A modest amount to have them rotated.
