So which is better for getting bigger shoulders/traps? I've read a few threads and people are saying military is better since it isolates the shoulders more. But if you can do more weight with a push press won't that lead to more mass?

Weight with a push press won't that lead to more mass? Between the two military would isolate the bodybuilder use it instead of, say, a military press?
Pendlay: The push press has more carryover have that problem.

I had to do my mil presses sitting down (I know sitting down isn't technically a mil press) the other day. Usually I struggle at 135lbs while doing them standing up but sitting down it was a little easier. Should I switch to sitting down all the time?...

Sorry if I'm confusing military press with overhead press.
