Seriously, isn't it unnatural to lift weights over your head with your arms locked because you are grabbing a bar at a wide angle? Years later I feel my shoulder joints are messed up, hurting, making cracking sounds. Both front and back press are hurting...

Well there is tonnes of information about the bench, deadlift and squat out there and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any videos or articles about the optimal way to military press?

I'm having a really hard time getting past 5 reps @ 105 with a barbell. I think partially the reason is my form, my back tends to really arch forward when I get heavier in weight. Are there any good supplemental should exercises I can add or any other...

In almost every military video game that I've played, you are allowed to exchange your current weapon for a dead enemy's. Is it legal to do this in real life? More questions inside.
