Standing Military presses Who does these? I know goudy is a beast at these? who else does these? better than the seated version?

So which is better for getting bigger shoulders/traps? I've read a few threads and people are saying military is better since it isolates the shoulders more. But if you can do more weight with a push press won't that lead to more mass?

Weight with a push press won't that lead to more mass? Between the two military would isolate the bodybuilder use it instead of, say, a military press? Pendlay: The push press has more carryover have that problem.

Parallel here I typically do parallel...feels like I have a more solid base & never really felt like I was gonna tweak something when using ... .
What are you considering heavy? For me repping 130 and not being in a staggered stance gets ugly pretty quick .
