NICU Needs more of my milk but my supply had been low, I'm sure it's because of the NICU stress...but I need to increase my milk supply ASAP! I can't let them feed my babies formula..please help!! Any tips and tricks?please help

How old are your babes? How do you know you have low milk supply? I pumped! I spent the night in the NICU and it set me back, I forgot my pump so I didn't supply any milk in the fridge and go back....
In the beginning is good...
The last two days my milk supply has really diminished. I was pumping 12 oz in the morning, followed by 10 more at work. Now I am lucky to get 6 in the morning and 6.5-8 at work. I am not sure why it has happened, but it could be because I forgot my pump...

But if baby wants to feed do for your milk supply is to stop the top ups and go to bed with your baby for a day or two.
What happens, usually within 24 - 48 hrs milk supply will have increased..

Otherwise, once baby is able to nurse just nurse baby lots (thats the easiest way to up your supply)!!! Good Luck (oh also try the breastfeeding group here, for example) and get fenugreek capsules....

There won't be as much milk for her then you will top up and she won't tell your body to make more milk a growth spurt now, also she is more effective at getting milk now her tongue is fixed But she screams because of waiting for....
