If I have a recipe that calls for soymilk, I will use soymilk, rice milk, or oat milk with.
I don't use anything instead of it, because it's not necessary to use cow milk in the first place.

I found out 1% milk is 3 points and that is what I use in my cereal. Does anyone have any alternative ideas? I hate to think I had a 7 point breakfast between my Kashi & my milk.
Thanks!

But for the "shake" type protein drinks, you could use something... .
