I've read some commentary recently that suggests that the minimum wage may be stifling job creation. The argument is that unskilled labor should be paid for at what the market will bear...Not at rates that are arbitrarily...

Should benefits be capped at minimum wage? I can't for the life of me see why anyone should be paid more for not working than some people get for putting in a full week. Where's the incentive to get a job if you can claim more for sitting at home?
