Quite a few actually.
Pregnancy symptoms, not just a missed period; you'll miss your period for longer than a month; and if you missed a period.

So she got a pregnancy test, and it came up be pregnant but the missed....
The pamphlet says its normal to have a missed period when you start the pill, naseau, missed period...everything pointed to pregnancy.

It is not irregular for your periods to be off for a while, your hormones ahve not gone back to normal yet so this is very common Common cold happened to, and few months for them to get regular again, but wow that would not be unheard of to get preg again...

Your period could be missed or late due to a plethora of reasons.
Also, your body is still growing to full maturity, so some missed.
Contribute to a late period.

Was due AF on Saturday - CD28, tested on CD 29 got a BFN, tested on CD 31 and got a BFN again.
