Aster-30 is in Turkey's tender competing with Pac-3+, S300/400 and FH-2000 air defence missile systems as French SCALP missile.
So both Rafale and M2000 could launch it I guess .

This isn't a serious mod, more a discussion on how missiles could/should be balanced.
In vanilla TC / AP, the missile stats, cargo volume, and price are practically random. There is no rhyme or reason to it.
