3) what size springs and rates front/rear?
4) Is your car track only or street & track?
5) What...

Events, <= 8 days per year
6) stock oem swaybars
I had an option of 450# or 500# front spring rates are supposed to be stiffer
I have no idea about spring height, but if I had to guess, maybe 6" fronts, and 5# rears Mike.

They have a TON of experience picking spring rates and should get you in the ballpark without a problem.
The best way to find the right spring rate for you is to contact MM directly.
Those are great coilover kits.

Im going to put MM iso's on the front which will probably bring me up to 14 the H&R SS springs....
Thats with stock iso's.
The shocks and struts may need to be changed with the race springs higher spring rate but that only.
