I have 3COM 3CRWER100-70 router and Aztech ADSL2+ ETHERNET BRIDGE ROUTER DSL 600E modem connected to it.
My network computers connected to the router and access the internet.
Is it possible to access modem's web interface?

Of course, this depends on your modem manufacturer and ISP settings.

Directly addressing your comment the router works with IP addresses while switch works with MAC addresses.
It can take on that..
We are talking about a router, router is a Layer 3 device, that can work with IPs.

Thanks for any advise... I am wanting to hook a linksys router to my 2wire modem/router (2701HG-b) to share the connection. I ran from an open port from the 2wire to the WAN port of the linksys but it will not work. I did this before with my cable modem...

I would check to see if you can disable NAT and/or change the mode so it acts as a real modem and not a router of the modem....

I assume your using an ADSL connection that nothing is connected to... .
The first thing you should probably try is putting a switch in front of the modem/router, so would be a Cisco Modem/Router something like the 1700 series.
