You don't have to go through the manufacturer anymore.

Yes, I have turned off all screensavers and power management (in both OS and Bios). (At least all that I could find.)

I would strongly recommend getting at least 4GB of RAM as 2GB is pretty much the minimum Win7 will run on .
It may well be a good idea to get a better PSU; use the PSU calculator here to find out if you need a more powerful PSU or not .

Rodents are alright for black.
I also think that they should have done a better job covering feeding for adults .
Substrate doesn't make it okay to keep a baby monitor in a tiny fish tank with a screen top.
