I'm debating where to slot a Min II item on my monk. At first I though about making a helm to replace the Minos, but now I'm wondering if I should go with goggles instead.

The gloves give a +4/+6 sneak assement, yes Epic cape of the... .
My Horc monk gets his sneak attack damage from a set of tier III Cove Gloves.
Although...one of my monks goes without it.
Stated, Tharnes is pretty much the staple here.

Two things I would consider would be going with an AC monk (easy to level, gets hit rarely) and/or splashing Rogue levels for UMD/trapskills (can't say evasion as you have it from Monk) Just is also pretty inefficient on a monk....

Things this build lacks 18 start wis (+3 wis), +2 wis monk capstone, +3 dwarven tactics, +2 exc wis on tod ring (ick), +2 alch wis -1 human adap tactics = 61 stunning fist DC.

Half elf is by far the master race of the monk class, I'd suggest switching to a half-elf simply) or Cleric dille for 95% heal scrolls(Heals my monk for 300 self cast due to healing amp) and other for a monk, but its not about making....

There are 2 distributions for 32 point finesse monk a bit odd to me, sort of goes against what the ninja is about in my opinion.

Going from Leap Attack on a Barbarian and Vault on a Demon Hunter for out of combat movement...playing a Monk feels slow by comparison. I'm just curious if it's just me. Do you feel the Monk is mobile enough?

Monk has a bunch of mobility, and aside from that they have more defense, beside, in front of, behind, on.
Hell FoT has a runestone that can teleport you, plus Speed increase Passives .
Will be the GTFO move of choice for the Monk.
