Their guidance of 1billions EBITDA seems low.
(36 x 3millions x 75% x 5 (decline rate)).
If they have 5 of these wells, that's ~400millions+ cash flow .

Rank 3 is reasonable but my money is on a Rank 4.
It's pretty hard to them to reach Rank 5 without seriously negging.
I'll choose rank 4.
