First month off the pill, no period, light cramping and backache? So I've been BD-ing about every other day since my period ended, didnt use any ovulation tests. I've been off the pill before (same pill) and my period returned as normal, didnt have any of these symptoms. Ive had light cramping and on and off backaches...
