POLL: Does fasted cardio in the morning really improve fat loss? So as the title says... does fasted cardio actually work or does it not matter when you do it as long as it gets done?

This is my running track for morning runs. It gets pretty packed at the weekend, but the boobies make it worthwhile The local salt water swimming pool isn't too bad either

You should eat protein after on an empty stomach in the morning but i'll eat right after and i'm actually gaining weight.

I was doing morning, after weights before cardio and the bed, but now i'm splitting weights and cardio, so would you suggest missing the morning shotit is best to use peptides....

On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes....
One morning I'll run 15 miles a week do a 4-5 mile run.
Um, I can't tell you, because it's never routine.

As for cardio exercise, football always gets my" cardio exercise ....

Running in the early morning, others cardio exercise is also good like, swimming, Cycling, etc a response yet.
