It's not that i don't enjoy cardio, my legs just generally feel really weak in the morning with no food compared using how about Xtend for cardio in the morning? how would this compare to PW? i'm mainly making in the morning....

Fasted cardio with some bcaa's worked well for me, its good to switch it up too, good luck I know people who will do both...

The problem with concentrating on cardio to lose weight is that as soon as you stop doing intense cardio.
I think it's a waste of time and energy, and here's why:

I would take one every morning anyway but don't tend to post cardio workout, like I would post weights. Any benefit in having one?

Too right! Your muscles work doing cardio too! Keep those aminos comin'!! as WS said , but also something after cardio but often my body doesn't crave solid foods for maybe an hour after training after cardio, will help with your ....

On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes....

Yeh well, Ill training into our weight routine, that way your getting cardio while you lift? Yeh, ill try run kind of lifting and cardio work out ....
If your on gear, then IMO cardio let's you get more out of it You will feel better.
