Clicking Elbows Alrighty?
Since January my bench and other lifts have increased quite dramatically, but recently I have getting this weird clicking in my right elbow only- left is fine which is weird.

I recently began practicing a lot more than usual, averaging around 4-6 hours daily. After 2 weeks of this I started noticing that upon waking up in the morning I would be unable to bend the index finger on my left hand, but it would go away in 10 minutes...

It helps me anyway.
Hold it for 10 or 20 seconds and repeat a few times .
Basically causing a slight,hand, and fingers.
Praying type position, and then flaring your elbows to the side and up.

I am 22 and having a similar issue as well. I am in excellent health, yet I have back pain in the morning. I have been through 2 sessions of Pysical Therapy and have had x-rays and an MRI taken as well. The PT Post-traumatic stress disorder doesn't help...

Did you just get & they spread same day all over. What is the
time frame from start to continued spread? Could be contact
allergy to something touching skin or even something you
