I would like to see criminal investigation and prosecution of fraudster mortgage bankers that scammed people and stealing their homes with bogus foreclosures so they can get paid twice. These guys are untouchable. No one is investigating or taking them...

Take a look at your mortgage options. Refinancing our mortgage here from 5.75% to 3.25% and going to save lots of money. I had no idea until a friend made the suggestion.

Only small severance, if I don't find a job in 2 months I have to stop paying my mortgage. Anyone in a similar situation?? Any ideas to avoid foreclosure? Other then paying mortgage-I already said I can't after 2 months.
