It's a sticky paper! They did get the moth traps that jetts_mom mentioned and that not only helped, but with them literally running around!!--seriously!! after Every....
If you have a Menard's nearby, they carry moth traps that work really well.

I'm rearing these for the first time so i thought id do a diary. if you dont know what they are, they are one of the most dramatic uk moths and larvae. they are about a quarter grown and growing fast, feeding on willowherb. pics to follow.

Found this moth on the wall outside my lab today.
She has been laying eggs all afternoon, which are now darkening so I guess are fertile and could hatch soon.
