I am running AVG Antivirus Free. Also use MS Security Essentials. I had this problem before installing the latter. I didn't have this problem with IE 8. I have also tried a system restore but still am having this problem. Any suggestions will be appreciated...

I have noticed that since installing IE9 that scrolling in it is very jerky and slow most of the time. I have disabled any add-on that takes too long to load pages but it is still jerky and slow when scrolling with my mouse wheel.

Thanks is windows 7.
And turning on software rendering made it smoother too.
I have found that turning smooth scrolling off has made the scrolling easier and not so jerky the scrolling easier and not so jerky.

After about 2-3 weeks ago this odd choppiness/jerkiness sprung up and makes playing the game extremely irritating. I have no lag and my frame rates are fine (for my computer anyway) Never had this issue before and it popped up only a couple weeks ago....

Hello all,
So I started a new game after not having played for a few months and I'm noticing that movement with both my mouse and my X360 controller is weirdly jerky. I can't figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions? Game's fully updated, by the way....

It does! I also noticed that when I try recording clips of the issue with FRAPS the jerkiness stops then too.

Run it in windowed mode and see if that helps .
