I have noticed that since installing IE9 that scrolling in it is very jerky and slow most of the time. I have disabled any add-on that takes too long to load pages but it is still jerky and slow when scrolling with my mouse wheel.

In my case, I just disabled....
Thanks is windows 7.
And turning on software rendering made it smoother too.
I have found that turning smooth scrolling off has made the scrolling easier and not so jerky the scrolling easier and not so jerky.
After about 2-3 weeks ago this odd choppiness/jerkiness sprung up and makes playing the game extremely irritating. I have no lag and my frame rates are fine (for my computer anyway) Never had this issue before and it popped up only a couple weeks ago....

It does! I also noticed that when I try recording clips of the issue with FRAPS the jerkiness stops then too.

Run it in windowed mode and see if that helps .
