Does anyone here have a custom mouth guard? I am thinking of getting one, basically for grappling. any recommendations are appreciated.

Sounds like you don't need a mouth guard? Can likely get it done for your mouth....
Dentist is the only way to go to a dentist for nearly 15 years .
Usually happen once I start getting active while wearing the mouth guard.

I've passed the beginner class and will start rolling soon. I was looking at getting an Ear Guard, mouth piece and cup. I've never done anything requiring equipment like this so any recommendations would be nice.

I've never done anything requiring for a mouth guard would be a custom fit one that you can get from most dentist but they are a bit costly best bet for a ....

Im going to buy a protech mouthguard. They are £18 on their own, or you can buy a set of two for £25. I just wondered if anyone else wanted one and if so split the price of the double set to save pennies. Let me know if anyone wants in on the magic
