CD ripping & mp3 tagging software? Doesn't have to be an all in 1. Can have a prog doing
the ripping & a prog doing the tagging if need be. Is WMP a decent rip prog or are there 'better' ones & if so
be much of a problem with the names etc, but i'll have to tag up all of the CD-Rs myself That's going

Am having trouble finding a decent tagging application for OS X.
I would love something to tag both
MP3 and Apple Lossless, but it would be great if it can handle other codecs of course

So I'm rebuilding and repairing my V0 MP3 collection. I have a question about the version of ID3
tag I should embed in my files though. Should I use:
ID3v1 ID3v2.3 Both ID3v1 and ID3v2.3
and hardware players that can read ID3 tags.

Can anybody recommended a good piece of software than can look up and rename MP3 files?
I used
a whole album, retrieving the tags and also renaming the files ( I always use track number - song
forgotten about winamp! looks as if i can get teh meta tags with win amp and then use mmjukebox to rename
