I tried an oatmeal strawberry muffin recipe this morning. They looked good, smelled good, but tasted...not so good. The strawberries made them kind of mushy, and as a whole, they were pretty bland. I'm bound and determined to find a good muffin now!

Fill muffin cups almost full; sprinkle with topping.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper in berries.
Blueberries -- or frozen (I used fresh)

I still have blueberries that I froze last summer, and would like to make some muffins. I have never been happy with my blueberry muffins, although I am a pretty good baker.

Try things according to the recipe first and decide if they would be ok with wholemeal flour still be able to see bits of flour? I've had some massive muffin failures, due to over mixing Rich is not how much you have, or who you are Rich....
