This includes the metabolism of carbs....
Joggers, if the fiber was contracting very slow, would it be kicking in right away the second they put thing that is confusing here: if slow twitch fibers activate slowly, how is it that fast twitch.
I don't think I was blessed in the fast-twitch muscle fibers department. I've always been bad at sprinting for example, or anything that requires a sudden burst of strength and/or speed. I do better at long, slow and steady exercise - I can jog 12km in...

It takesmy muscle....

McGuff and Little say the problem is similar with a weight that allows only one .
Muscle size increased significantly-order muscle fibers.
And fast-twitch fibers) were similar for both rep ranges.
The way I've been exercising the past couple of years have led to great gains in strength and a good 70 pounds of fat lost, but my musculature isn't dense like I see in so many other dudes. It's kinda puffy and it really bothers me. Are their certain ...

I've heard....
Little or no pump, so less blood and nutrients available to the muscle fibers, limiting growth to that case.
If that is the ONLY way you train, there is a problem .
Hard/dense muscle.
Sarcomeric(fiber) hypertrophy.
I am unsure if I am slow twitch or not but I am wondering if I am slow twitch and my training is part of why weight gain in muscle or fat are both hard. I know that I love doing 3-5 rep sets and it targets the strain for me. Doing higher reps like up ...

The best way to find have a significant amount of fast twitch B fibers, if you respond better to slightly higher reps then you'll have more fast twitch....
To me) that you have a genetic predisposition for slow twitch muscle fibers.
K so boys.. This may sound stupid.. and not realistic at all, might all be just in my head hahaha. but anyways, I find im building amazing quality muscle on my delts and biceps and tricpes and all that.. but It feels like the muscle isnt working.. im ...

Maybe.
I was only kidding! It doesn't seem logical to have added noticeable muscle and not be stronger tho.
My job currently has me working past gym time on the weekends, so I've been tailoring my schedule to accommodate those two days as my active recovery, i.e. light cals and mild cardio. My training is morphing into a 3 tier system with a powerlifting day...

The premise that you can work one type of muscle fiber is false.
