Personally i feel a 7 day gap between muscle groups is too long.whats everyone elses thoughts on this?
at the moment i do
mondays shoulders and back
tuesdays abs
wednesdays chest and biceps
thursdays legs and triceps
fridays abs
i am making gains in size...
