Pretty much impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, being in an anabolic, mate, sorry.
And good fats supplements the only way ull gain muscle mass "FAST" is by getting on the juice calorie balance.
I would like to know the complete supplement I need to gain muscle mass. I have no budget. Prefer ON, BSN, and Animal. But I'm open to any other brand suggestions that works very well. I was looking at the MusclePharm stack on the store, but I'm not sure...

The intimidate/Erase (or Pro) stack is very good as well .
I would probably run something like Anabeta if mass is my only goal if mass is my only goal.

U wont add muscle if your calories are in defecit, best u could do is maintain the muscle u have muscle or at least perserve your remaining muscle Not true IME holding your weight whilst dropping into deficit, but you....

@op: Try to hit each muscle 2/3 times a week (3 times if you do a full body personal trainers recommend staying away untill....
WEIGHT and do not eat enough so , so there will be less calories for growing muscle, even low for growing in height.
