I want to take 2 weeks off from training. Will I lose muscle mass? How long will it take before

Found a good way to gain muscle mass on a weight training program and still be able to train judo
out chest one time, then went to judo, i think i injured my muscles pretty good since it took me
to create muscle confusion to prevent plateaus...its during that 6 week mass gain period where i really get...
