I dont take it religiously, but on days I know i will be sore the next day, I take some.
To try to help with the soreness, but recovery to help.
Can use foam rolling, ice and heat, fish oil, etc .

Your muscle gets used If this is your first cycle then no matter where you....
You'll find that it hurts less and less as time goes on .
You should be ok,normally its hard to pin your quads with out hitting a nerve,it will be sore the same way.

However, soreness is a good indicator of (some of) the muscles you worked.
GoodSoreness is not required to make progress.
