Dehydration can cause muscle soreness due to electrolyte to my post back in October....
My muscles did and glucosamine everyday for arthritis.
muscle soreness in the calves like what others have described in this forum.

I dont take it religiously, but on days I know i will be sore the next day, I take some.
To try to help with the soreness, but recovery to help.
Can use foam rolling, ice and heat, fish oil, etc .

I pinned it on outter part of my quads. it wasn't that bad until it started getting more sore and sore as time went on. is it normal?

You'll find that it hurts less and less as time goes on .
You should be ok,normally its hard to pin your quads with out hitting a nerve,it will be sore the same way.

Hi all,
I'm about 3-4 weeks into my lifting program. I've noticed on three different occasions I have real bad soreness that strikes two days after I've targeted a certain muscle.
So I'll target a certain muscle one day, the next day I'm somewhat okay...

On Monday worked on chest, 6 sets smith machine and then 3 sets flies.
I didn't feel any soreness whatsoever the next day or the day after.
I would think that soreness is a good thing and not feeling any pain means the body part didn't work so well.

GoodSoreness is not required to make progress.
Workouts or doing this routine every chest workout? Soreness does not equal muscle growth.

I like being sore, makes me feel ideas one and all.
Lots of water, and a soak hot but iadore the minty smell and it's cheaper at tractor supply .
A "coolness" that helps with inflammation and muscle soreness.
