Hi im 17 i weight 157lbs and im 6ft 1, im slim and my arms arnt that big, i eat about 2500 calories a day and 70-90g of protein, i go to the gym 4 times a week and only concentrate on my arms, chest and shoulders (i also do legs at the start), can anyone...

I started taking it much later after I thought my gains had, do loads of compound exercises like squats....

Also, I am not far enough in to know if I am even doing it right, so I don't muscle....

A shoulder/arms day to optimize muscle development in those areas The first two pictures make them dont need an arm day, as long as your getting stronger on ur compound lifts your arms will get biggerinb4 scrawny ****, I know....
