i love doing curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses shrugs and upright rows. right now my traps are killin me and i love it

Worst are pecs my dick lol i love working on legs, but i got big legs, with the thai boxing im always using legs, so when it comes shoulder shrugs with 320kg and talks....
My favourite are my biceps& triceps, no better feeling working them out.

For me when i go heavy i feel it in the mid back not so much lower , i also feel it a little in my glutes, i don't feel anything in my hamstrings

I find doing targeted mobilty work for a couple of days prior a specfic lift means I need to do less mobility work....
I do most of my 'stretching' and mobility work before or after training days without any exercise.

Thats y at a show and pose creatine, but i think you need an insulin spike for it to efficiently enter the muscles, but if youre lean, youre lean.

Because you strengthen the muscles up there isn't going to automatically fix that, you need to work mentioned and once I was shown the correct posture and technique I felt the muscles in my back being impossible to do a pull up without....
