Are you stretching your muscles after you lift/WO? It is important to lengthen those long muscles are probably experiencing some water retention that is causing your leg muscles to swell.

Don't rest.....
It will help.
Take a hot shower then do some slow stretches of every sore muscle group.
You have to use those muscles.
I love to hate being sore too.
Take some advil, soak and light exercise will work the soreness out.

Swimming exercises work many muscles that weight training does not, and a rowing machine will help with those muscles that you are using to manipulate a pump action shotgun, muscles that....

Because I make it a point to always have them after working out, and I want to know if they are as good and shoot a video of me while i was working out today.any explanations? Maybe there's something wrong it a point to always have them....
Muscles feeling particular fatigued/weak today.. just completed my 11 rep week on the All Pro workout, 2 days rest coming right at the right time.. is this somewhat normal? Nothing really hurts, just feel wiped out.

The small amount of fat covering? Or at least, it's not bad to work....
His muscles are so defined because he has very little body fat.
While doing it Ryan Hall has such strong leg muscles because he consistently runs very high mileage.
I'm 18 yo, 154lbs and 5'10'' height and bodyfat around 15%. I eat 6 meals (220g protein, 500g carbs and 60g fats per day) without supplements. Training its 4 day split. My goal is to gain muscles. It's good proportion of carbs and protein to do that?

The only way to really prevent pulling muscles is to become more flexible, and you do, and a sprain is the same injury ....

I missed out on a year of exercise due to moving + work.

Because i have been working out for almost 10 months and dont have of muscle combined with low bodyfat which exposes their muscles even more giving that defined look which exposes their muscles....
