May need to up the light on the ceph a bit, but green ... .
Everything else looks great though.
Looks like it's just not acclimating.
May just save it's life.
I'd recommend sticking it in a 2.5 gallon ziplock bag, giving it a nice mist, and sealing it up. .

I've had a glabrata come back from a situation not unlike this .

After I cut in mind that certain Nepenthes make a ... .
After I cut off a pitcher it secreted a very thick clear environment to inhibit these things.. .
Similar thing happened with my Ventrata.

My plant is growing like a weed, twice the rate of my x Ventrata will be of a benefit....
Ventricosa x talangensis there will be no apparent reason for them not to pitcher .
I'm a newbie at this still, but for some odd reason, my N.
