Capital One is reporting a balance of $1,060, NCO isn't reporting anything.
If Cap has sol the acocunt it is my this if it is wrong .
In the case NCO is not a lender.

If they don't want to accept the PFD and you dont want it on your credit, then maybe you can pay the settlement amount and... .
If it is not past SOL and is valid, I would try a PFD .
I would first do a DV and make sure that the account is not past the SOL .

Funny part is, I sent a 2nd PFD letter this AM thinking that they hadn't responded yet to send out PFD letters to NCO and United....
Update: Just checked all 3 reports and the NCO TLs have been removed! Have not received a SW held by NCO.
