I was wondering how everyone is feeling about the nhs bill and the con-libs with the startings of nhs privatisation of nhs. Both me and my wife have long term medical conditions including type 1 and by 2016 we could all be paying for treatment/ medication...

Not being funniy, but everyone bemoaned the 4 hour limit in A&E and the other "burocracy" that came about, but it just shows just how effective it was .

Have a meniscal tear/cyst which needs keyhole op on,
Doctor has arrange either for operation or referal will get letter in post in few weeks,
Just wondering if anyone has had the same and how long I will roughly be waiting for op? Thanks

Seems its all agreed and just waiting for a date next year.
I have sympathy with someone in this situation but i would have though NHS priorities would be elsewhere.
