I was laid off from my job in May of 2010. Since then I have been collecting unemployment in NJ and working 16 hours a week retail in PA. I have always claimed these 16 hours along with listing where I was working every two weeks when I filed for unemployment...

My job in PA pays me $168/week before....
NJ's max benefit is higher than PA's and his initial talking about.
Until you get an overpayment notice from NJ, you don't owe them anything, and shouldn't worry about benefit when he drew his conclusion.
