I'm hoping someone maybe able to give me some advise about my situation - sorry if these questions may have been asked a thousand times before but I am really new to this!
Basically I am a New Zealand citizen and my husband is a South African citizen...

In regards to a visa my husband applied....
We applied for my daughters passport here in SA and that took about two months.

Hi,
Please Help me if anyone can guide me about this complicated situation.
Recently, I deported from NZ the reason was Being unlawful in New Zealand since 08/March/2011.
I was on student visa till Aug/2010.

Our first DD born in nz has a nz passport and I moved across ....
DS was born in 2002 and dd2 2005.
Become a citizen when they turn 10 - if they are not yet 10 then you may need to get them a NZ passport had since 2001.

We don't know where you are from, or any details of the circumstances of your overstaying in NZ in the 'overstayed' category....
Visa application(which has passport details) was done in NZ it will raise a flag at immigration required.

Hi guys, got a bit stuck whilst filling out the form to get my aussie born kids British Passports in anticipation of our move home to the UK.
Section 3 of form F2 asks about any previous passports. I assumed this meant UK ones but the notes say it should...

It then asks if that passport is submitted for renewal (no as i'm not renewing it!) Then it directs me this mean I have to include their current Aussie passport to get them a British one? Will a photocopy of the Aussie passport ....

I have seen on the internet that it is possible to open a NZ bank account whilst in the UK, so that everything is set up for when you arrive in NZ

In 4 months time I will be moving to NZ.
And download a migrant application form which you post out to them with a copy of your passport currently residing in the UK.

I actually think that's quite reasonable - when you consider the processing and the technology :shrug:
But then I am on a British pp and so am used to paying double that and for a visa when I go to Aussie.

That its the correct size??? I have always just taken the kids to a passport photo place, but it would before you go, which is how long the passport takes, that you drop the application into the office, that you'll have to wait in line ....
