I do prefer natural approaches though.
At my age (42) it is insanely expensive.
Really it helps afford insurance.
Or you can try an all natural remedy I like for stress: a box of fine wine.

My son is on 2 separate concerta scripts right now to = 45mg (27 and 18mg's a morning) and my benefits were recently canceled so now it's all out of pocket from here. The pills cost over $250 a month and I CANNOT afford that - he literally has like 10...

Have you tried social services? I know they used "natural remedies....
The natural remedies end up costing close to what the drugs would have costed, since none of the natural remedies are covered by insurance plans....

A warm bed buddy works wonders for me.
It doesn't do much for me, but Tylenol is safe during pregnancy, so I would guess it is safe during O as well .
I'd go to sleep and hope to wake up without a headache, but sleep is my solution for everything .
