How do I get the new contact less debit card from Natwest? I rang them and they said they are testing them out with select customers only and refused to send me one?

In branch which I will be charge for but from what Natwest have said I cannot just opt out of the sale a house and do not really want to be opening/closing various accounts prior to completion.
