Am I the only women who find muscles on a man not really a big deal?
I've got a weakness for the geeky, scrawny "I could eat my weight in twinkies and still be borderline underweight" sorts - so no, I don't find the super muscley jock look atractive at all. Lets just say I find David Tennant absolutely gorgeous - my male ideal - and my Hubby is built the same way.

Is it normal for my neck to be stiff and sore after a neck tattoo?
Pain and stiffness lasted about a week for me, so I'd say you're fine. However, washing it 6-10 times a day seems way crazy excessive. Doing so could be drying the area out and adding to the discomfort, actually. You should only wash it with antibacterial soap 1-2 times a day, ideally at the end of showering to make sure it's clean. Then apply a thin coat of your lotion whenever it feels particularly itchy or tight.

Other than the neck, best place to give IM shot?
I prefer the chest - lots of muscle and less likely to cause any lameness issues. If an abcess ever did develop, it would drain better than other areas, according to my vet. With penicillin, don't plunge the syringe too quickly so the volume has a chance to dissipate.

Who will fix my neck?
I am a recently graduated chiropractor so I have a very biased opinion but please check a chiro out before going elsewhere. It's true that the schooling of an osteopath is closer to an MD's than a chiropractors is but realize that a chiro's schooling is based around the spine and nervous system. You have a spinal problem so go to an expert in that field.
Unfortunately I also agree that there are many poor chiropractors out there and they can often give us a bad name. Ask around, I'm sure you have friends that have visited a competent chiropractor.

What's Wrong With My Neck?
Sounds like whiplash, which is the painful condition one gets after a car crash. Then happens when the person is sitting still and then a moving person or object causes the neck and head to suddenly jerk and this results in whiplash. If you see a doctor tell them about the football accident and they will likely prescribe muscle relaxers which help a lot.
