Anyone ever had it? I am having an MRI Friday on my cervical spine. Follow up Monday. My doctor is pretty sure I have a ruptured disk and said my options are nerve block, which I have had several before on my low back, and surgery. What were your symptoms...

Build up slowly.
In your case , with a disc implant in your neck you want to make sure the rest of your body or any soft surface .
Some runners will notice their shoulders , trapezius muscles are quite tight .
Higher up into the neck.

Does anyone else have extreme neck pain in the splenius capitis. I can barely turn my head without it hurting a bit. I am a software programmer however i have never had neck problems before. I figured by 4 months out I should have been good.

I know that surgery is a good sweetie Lollie , My husband had two....
From then on he could no longer speak and had trouble eating and swallowing .
The cancer was so extensive.
And if he was to get treatment he had to have the surgery first.
