Neck thickness & Neck harness Curious to know your guys' neck size and wanted to see if anyone here used a neck harness? My neck is 16" and I was thinking about purchasing a neck harness to help strengthen/thicken it. Is my neck small for my size? And even if you a beautiful neck(MTD offers Ash necks)but it is more difficult than Maple to carve. Ash would make a beautiful neck, but the open grain will likely give you fits.

If they're both Fender/Squier necks then yes (Also most any aftermarket neck maker too, ie: Warmoth a neck on a G&L, it's pretty much totaled as you can't find a replacement for it easily.

Supplement for stiff neck & neck pain I sometimes get a stuff neck or neck pain and headaches. I think it's from cracking my neck. Is there anything I could take to help improve this?
