with the American Stratocaster body and electronics.
But, some sellers state they have a custom neck on the custom guitar.

It depends on which US neck and which Squire.
First, the spec's wouldn't be exactly the same.

and I was wondering, I have a Squier Tele neck that I'd like to use, if I moved the bridge, would it be possible, by adding extra bits of wood for the neck to be bolted to, to use this neck...

Overall though....
So if you did this you'd be left with a gap in the body wood, and a much weaker neck joint with sustain at all.
Bolt on neck generally have no tenon - and Fender ones certainly don't.
neck joint strong once it is glued.
