So I am so super congested and the pain from my sinuses is keeping me awake. I normally will use the Neti Pot to drain out my sinuses for some relief. However, I am not sure if I can use it while pregnant. I didn't see any kind of warning in the instruction...

I recently saw on the news that
people were getting very sick and some have even died from brain amoebas! They said
this was happening because they weren’t using distilled water in these’s Neti
Pot’s. It says right on the box to only use distilled water...

Other than that my neti pot is wonderful and has helped me out.
You just have to boil you water.
