I have got Windows Vista Home Premium on my Toshiba laptop, which I bought about a year ago. I then created 2 recovery discs using Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator.

This will not be the same as the official Toshiba discs but will be a step particular model.

I have a retro-fitted RNS-E in my car which is currently running a genuine 2010 Audi disc in it.
I have just bought a new genuine 2012 disc and when inserted I just get a message stating disc unreadable? Any suggestions guys coz these new discs...

Didn't buy them from Audi, sourced from e-bay, but genuine discs, unlikely to be dirty laser as I cleaned it last week when my ....
And if the discs are a different type to your 2010 copy, that may be enough to hinder performance.

Drobo did it somehow - i.e. they can mix and match multiple sizes of discs, as long as 2 biggest discs have the same size. Is there any solution for this type of storage, free, for Linux?

If you add a new larger drive you would grow a bunch of the component RAID-5s.
And putting them into LVM.

I'm currently stuck deciding which Soma Double Cross frame to get, the Disc version, or Canti version.
I could obviously get the Disc version (as it has canti mounts) but annoyingly can only source the Disc forks with it.

Try to argue that discs aren't better nor probably would I worry too much if I bought a new bike is the disc version that much heavier after all? Surely if you use the discs, you'd remove the canti steel frames with rim brakes....

The brake discs and pads are in maidstone kent they are brand new in there box u can see in the pictures ive attached i would like £80 for them any questions just ask thanks

Hello,
I have just bought a laptop and have tried to copy the recovery discs as suggested by the manufacturer. Disc 1 seems to go through the process and burn to the DVD R disc without any problem. Disc 2 only gets to copy up to 46% and then pops out ...

Why it is failing, does it say how many discs it will need ?
TBH although rescue discs can which I'm presuming is the operating system n your new machine.

I don't know when the change was actually made, but all of my newer games (MW3, ME3, BF3, Skyrim) give me nothing but trouble. Even with them loaded onto my HDD, they spin louder than hell for about 10 mins after I load the game, I get constant disc errors...

Because, you don't need the disc anymore, as the new command is only set and it kept the disc....
They changed the disc layout so that there is more space available for the game data and the new spinning the disc..
