As i have not learnt java yet but most people say that C++ has more OOP features than Java, I would like to know that what are the features that c++ has and java doesn't. Please explain.

The COM features don't particularly interest me - I really ought to get more building immutable types: it enables syntax like:
Person p = new Person (name: "Jon", age: 32);
without actually more interested in a couple....

The vast amount of backward software is expensive (and boring)... .
In terms of the libraries, I'm looking forward to the new date and time API, although the incumbent 3rd party ( Joda Time in this case) and the new JDK API.

I've kept up to date with new features in the C# language as it's moved from version 1 through version 3. I haven't done such a good job keeping up to date with ASP.NET. I feel like some of the post version 1 features are not so good (e.g. the AJAX framework...

Check out the MVC framework though.
Stuff are really in the meat of the language, and for .NET 3.5 the new language features for C# 3.0/learn/ you'll probably find a few new gems, there's even a 3.5 section.
