When i pulled my legacies from my pre-lvl 60 LWs i found that the legacies can only be applied to LWs up to lvl 60, so they're now basically useless to me. so when i pull my 60s LWs legacies are they only good up to lvl 70? and what about after lvl 70...

Plan ahead.
The legacies you want? Are you gonna run around looking for weapons or not have to worry about it? I'd rather spend my time now (that nothing new is going on) than later when it's too late.

I've heard of something like that, but I thought it was a service to delete all that crap - like when you have a pact with your buddy to burn all your porn before your wife and kids find it. That sort of thing.

Which legacies do you have on priority? Critical response skill, surprise strike and burglars bleed damage for me. So i want to compare and see maybe better solutions before arranging my second age dagger...

But I HIGHLY recommend getting a donor L75 TA and trying out the cooldown legacies some DPS related legacies....
Subtle Stab legacies I guess are a personal choice.
To focus more on bleeds, I'll be coming back to that build on a L75 FA .
