Does it really? from what i have seen sound like a Camaro or Corvette with the DOHC muffler, but it is a touch louder, and flows much better than a SOHC muffler.
Why not DOHC muffler? It meets all your requirements.

So I got a new 22" Maggy - love the sound/love the power/love my Titan's presence rumbling thru the neighborhood... HATE the smell.
SO I understand that the new muffler/pipes/weld spots have to 'burn off' the coating, oils, flux - w.ever ... how long ...

Its probably the paint the muffler shop used to coat the new welds so they can different mufflers, never ....
Usually takes a couple days to wear off especially a smell for a few days .
Yeah it happens with a new muffler.
