I noticed these new street lights but I also noticed it's darker late at night with the new white ones.
Standards we live in.
It's therefore likely the new lights will use more energy than the previous installation.

Got a new pc made up lately. Have all the drivers updated. When I go to play combined operation or OA on it's own there's problems with the images on the monitor. Looks like rays coming out of objects on the terrian. Could somebody help me?
