i need a decent psu, probably in the 600watt range, enough to power 655k @ 4.5ghz and 6950. under $60 please

I then rma'd the mobo and CPU.
If this is even the issue which I can't guarantee that would not post I tried a new stick of ram.
And I bet the new bios would recognize the G620 CPU.

The question is not if you can or not get a cooler in your budget ( which you surely can )
but the question is first being open with your present system config, tell us your temperatures and then we can guide you better..
