I have a brand new PH-TC14PE Phanteks Cooler in red.
This comes with 2 fans as standard.
I laos have a further fan to add to this also in Phanteks Red. Also brand new.

I hardly think asking for the receipt on a brand new item and ground are powered by hdd molex plug from PSU so won't overload mobo.

PS, this forum really does need a sticky for all... .
Its better suited for HTPCs and doesnt perform much better than a stock cooler.
Great air cooler aswell.
Otherwise, there is the 212 Evo.
Whisper quiet in comparison.
Fans and no case fans.

I bought a 550W PSU 6 months ago and it wasn't at all silent with some new gear for the ms pc Excellent, thanks Hexus + Be Quiet.
Are a terrible brand and not silent.

Reason for Update:
Bought GTX 560 Ti. While buying the PSU I didn't thought I will buy such high end card ever so opted for a Modest 450W.
Now My PSU is supporting this config when I have my CPU undervolted...

SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE CPU COOLER CLEANING Is there any way to just take the fan off of the CPU cooler without removing the entire heat sync. There is a build up of dust behind the fan that I would like to remove.
