This is the million dollar question, I see it time and time again on here and other php coding related sites and forums but I have NEVER seen an answer to it.

You tutorial sites for ideas that interest me and then it's a case of trial and error to make things I spend hours searching....
A ton more than both xenForo and vBulletin 3 combined lol.
vBulletin 4 has way more options though.

As a company, they're good in site management, but have absolutely no clue about ) It all goes back to my biggest beef with Internet Brands and their purchase of vBulletin.

There is a new Navbar Manager in vB4.2

I'm guessing it may cause some issues in that any Navbar integrations might need to change, so watch out for the public beta.

Documentation on the new features will have to be written and vbulletin has already said thats.
As plugins would take some time as once we get a site setup using the new code we would need to look navigation.

Maybe everyone says it is an older version, but many use Windows XP knowing that Windows 7
