I would have preferred they develop a solid mobile version of the site is in the works, but it really should have been a key focus of the original vB4 development.
It seems to be their only focus.

I have vBulletin 4.1.10 the full version but yet i do not use it. Should you guys upgrade or just leave it alone?

I like this idea....
If it's not broke, don't fix it.
Not to mention that there are several bugs in the new vb versions.
Then we'd have to make a new theme and some of the current features wouldn't work.
I don't like vB4, so yeah - It blows.
