The company I just started working for is using Stripes for parts of its web page development these days, and while it seems to be a nice enough web framework it no one really uses it-- it is almost non existent on the 'net. It's not even first in it'...

Regardless, there's a book from The Pragmatic Bookshelf called Stripes: ...and Java web development is fun again that may be worth checking out.
I've never used (or even heard of) Stripes.

I have this picture, and its exactly how I want my stripes when I get my 5th gen.
Edit: These ARE NOT the factory stripes, look close, the gm ones stop on the hood, these go to the mailslot, but not past it.
Perfect width, going on to the front bumper...

They ARENT the most common stripes on the hood, and most people's painted stripes go past the mail slot.
Subtle difference from stock stripes, but it is a nice touch.

Sounds like your talking about the TC and TD GS-Pack [they also had black stripes available] this was an option available for the L and XL models, came with the 250ci,

I would vote for the 1st stripe ....
Red jewel tint.
Bottom one dunno , maybe just black hood spears(sides only)? Just the Grand Sport stripes look much better bottom Get stripes as most have them and my all black car stands out more.

I'd vote for black or nothing.
Flat black stripes.
