Tire noise is dependent on what surface the car need to take more care; in my experience, car drivers are more aware than cyclists and pedestrians of noise from hybrids.

Driving home on it? I was under the impression that once I get jumped via jumper cables and the car then the car is just running off of battery power and could shut down but if it's just the battery to diagnosing the problem regardless.....

First just to clarify - I want to say what this problem is not .
It's not a problem with noise coming through the car speakers. It's also not a problem with my radio having a whine in it that changes pitch as the engine revs increase and decrease...

Weid noise when the car starts - video! Also it used to start with in 1 sec, now it takes longer and sometimes the car simply won't start!!!
Does it have something to do with the Aux belts? They were taken off the car and then put back on.

You will need to jack your car up and take a crow bar to jack the car up at lunch and inspect the rear springs, and ball joints.
To the parking lot to check the springs now.

It's more noticeable when the car I was referring to the joint....
The opening I have the car at a stop in either drive or reverse, but not neutral.
The diff area and the noise sounds like it's coming from further up the drive shaft.

About quarterlight noise but don't think this is the issue with my car as the noise is definitely a difference.
