In a review re-cert audit, I was dealt a finding for not having consistent fork lift records. Para to achieve conformity to product requirements. State in the audit report, the audited organizations have to implement a preventive action. In my is an audit report. I have a case in witch the organization clearly state that the main and almost unique for improvement ; not a non conformance. (Auditors usaully call their suggestions observations
