Hey everyone,
Do all the LORs sent to dental school have to be written by a science professor? Would it be appropriate if an English professor wrote my LOR? How many LORs are required in total? Thanks a lot guys!

If your university offers committee letter, then you only need 1 committee letter....
For Columbia which required 3 Sci, I had 2 Sci and one non-sci and they offered me an interview non-science (English prof is fine) + 1 dentist.

I graduated a month ago. I've already good 5 letters of rec from the following sources:
Clinical, sci prof, non sci prof, volunteering, research.
In researching schools to apply to, a lot of them require two letters from science professors.
So, in desperation...

I plan on explaining my situation, asking for a letter, and offering lunch, resume, and a PS to get with one potentially weak letter is better than not applying at all, right? Did you already offer to buy 'interview' and through your personal....

Guys I need your suggestion if you don't mind. I'm currently returning to college as a junior trying to finish my non-science major. My biggest problem is having a low GPA (several F's). Now I know it's stupid but i would like to go to dental school. ...

I am asking for opinions on this matter.
I have recently been lambasted because I make the choice to identify my level and state the fact I am a walker. I do this to identify myself on my profile this helps other walkers...
